METU Geological Engineering Department 11th Career Days

METU Geological Engineering Department organized the 11th Career Days on May 27-28, 2025 at METU Congress Center. Non-governmental organizations, public institutions and mining and consultancy companies of the sector participated in the event with their booths, and the perspective of the mining sector was put forward with the speeches made during the two days. Student company representatives made internship and job interviews.

Opening speeches were made by Prof. Dr. Celal ŞENGÖR and Journalist Deniz ZEYREK and speeches were delivered by Jale Şakıyan ATEŞ (TÜPRAG), Yonca Yıldırım ÇÖRTENLİOĞLU (Lidya Madencilik), Emrah GÜREŞ (ÖKSÜT), Zafer GÜRLER (TÜMAD), Rıdvan KUŞOĞLU (ACACIA) and Zehra MARANGOZ (ESAN).
