“Expropriation in Mining”

As part of our association’s regular professional development activities, an online event will be held in the format of a panel titled “Regulation on the Rehabilitation of Mining Sites.”
The panel will be moderated by Sevginur Odabaş, member of our Association’s Mining Law Working Group, with the participation of Dr. Attorney Kerem Canbazoğlu and Attorney Bişar Sercan Değirmenci. The event will take place online via Zoom on February 4, 2026, at 20:00.

The previously announced presentation titled “Expropriation in Mining” has been postponed to a future event.

The event is free of charge and open to everyone interested in the subject, including all YERMAM, MJD, WIM, and MDD members, as well as all UMREK Competent Persons. Unfortunately, participants whose full name is not visible on screen will not be admitted.

A certificate of participation will be issued.
