“Announcement on the Fulfillment of Obligations Related to Mining Exploration License Applications”

Within the scope of Article 11 of the Mining Regulation, which entered into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette dated 11/12/2022 and numbered 32040, it has become necessary to provide clarifications regarding the procedures and principles related to the obligations that must be fulfilled within two months for mining exploration license applications. In order to prevent implementation issues and potential loss of rights, important matters concerning the amount and form of the investment guarantee, application procedures for Group IV licenses, and transactions to be carried out through the e-Mining system are hereby presented for public information.
