Technical Visit to Chrome Mine

The July 2024 technical visit of our association was made on July 11-12, 2024 to the chrome plant of Akın Madencilik, located between Kayseri Pınarbaşı and Sivas Gürün. The low-grade chrome deposit is produced by open pit mining and processed into 48% concentrate in a 96-table plant.  Our Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vice Chairman Mr. Ahmet İBUK, Board Member Mr. Mehmet ÇELİKDEMİR, Mr. Levent YENER and student member Mr. Burak ÜSTBOĞA participated in the trip where technical issues were discussed.
