GÜMİK Coordination Meeting

The cooperation coordination meeting between our Association and Gümüşhane University Mining Specialization Coordinatorship was held online on 23.07.2024. All of our Board of Directors, GÜMİK Coordinator Prof. Dr. Abdurrahman DOKUZ and his Assistant Dr. İbrahim ÇAVUŞOĞLU attended the meeting. At the meeting; GÜİK's presentation within the scope of our association's Professional Development presentations (rock filling in underground mining, paste filling, waste management, etc.). ), organizing a workshop in Gümüşhane on December 4, 2024, applying for membership to our Association from the university, participation of GÜMİK in the Ankara Mining Congress and Fair, CRIRSCO-UMREK-YERMAM” presentation by our Association for the relevant faculty members at the University, organizing face-to-face and / or online, joint certified and paid courses as GÜMİK and MMMGD, OHS as the first training, the publication of the GÜMİK promotional video on the Association's website, social media accounts and Youtube channel, the free installation of the MAGEN program developed for “3D Cubage Operations in Mining Quarries” on the department computers, and cooperation in the “International Mining Waste Symposium” planned to be held in 2025.
