Dicle University offers its students opportunities for Erasmus in Italy and employment after graduation.

Dicle University enables its students to complete their "Applied Engineering Training" (AET) in enterprises during the 8th semester. Since 1992, the Department of Mining Engineering at Dicle University has included 7 professors, 1 assistant professor, 2 research assistants with PhDs, and 1 lecturer. By providing students with a scientifically and technically robust education, the university states that it increases their employment opportunities after graduation.

In addition, the Department of Mining Engineering has Erasmus agreements with countries such as Italy.
